INFORMATION I COLLECT
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for example, a custom order), if you contact me directly.

All orders placed through the website now use the PayPal service to process your payment. This is completed through the PayPal servers, and as such I am not in direct contact with any of your account information. I do not store any payment details on our servers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY
Delivery times are only estimates. I will do my best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.
Once a package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond my control.
International mail is affected by many circumstances, please be aware that customs delays, weather etc may delay the arrival of your purchase.

Please be patient and understand that international packages may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
​
I cannot be held responsible for the delay of items while in transit. After your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number (if the item was shipped as a tracked parcel).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + CUSTOMS
For international orders (outside of the UK), please be aware of your own country's customs regulations, as I cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system.

Wool products may be restricted in some countries.
​
Please keep in mind that international mail may be held (although this is rare) for up to 4 weeks in customs.
Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.
ARTWORK AND SCULPTURES
Please keep out of reach of children and animals
Please note that whilst every care is taken to ensure every product is safe, they are however not intended as toys or for children.
I am keen for your art to last a lifetime so if any accidents happen and your artwork is damaged please contact me to see if a repair is possible.
WORKSHOPS

Please notify me if you are unable to attend a workshop.
If you cancel up to 21 days before the workshop date, I can either transfer your booking to an alternative date or refund you in full.
I will not be able to refund any cancellations / non-attendance after this point, unless I am able to find other customers to attend on those dates so please get in touch as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

All needle felting workshops will include the use of very sharp needles.
Johanna Iles Art accepts no responsibility for any injuries incurred from the use of the needles.
New needles are given to every customer as when learning (and experienced) occasional accidents do happen!
Children over the age of 10 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult as the needles are sharp and guidance will be required.

All products and designs are protected by copyright and cannot be re-created for commercial purposes.
CUSTOM MADE, PERSONALISATION OR COMMISSIONS

A custom made product is specifically made for you, made to your specifications and / or specific requirements.
​
Each custom made product is unique and one-of-a-kind.
I will send photos before posting to ensure that you are happy and I will work with you to try to resolve any problems or concerns that you may have.
​
RIGHT TO CANCEL
​
Please note that you have the right to cancel your order* and can do so up to 14 days after the receipt of your order.
See returns and refunds below for further info.
* special terms apply for custom made goods/ commissions - you will have 48 hours from the time of placing the order to cancel. After this time the purchase will be binding and you will not be able to cancel your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I hope you are happy with your purchase from Johanna Iles Art. If however you wish to return your purchase (*restrictions apply to custom made products), please return the product to me within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and in an unused/saleable condition, I will be happy to refund you your purchase price.
Please contact me via email to request a refund or exchange and I will provide you with a return address.
No refunds or exchanges will be processed without the item being returned to me in the original condition.
All goods returned must be in a saleable condition and include all original product packaging and tags.
Please note that all goods returned by post remain your responsibility until received by Johanna Iles Art.
Johanna Iles Art is not responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
I would recommend returning the goods using a registered postal service where a signature is required and with insurance to cover the cost of the goods.
Please retain your proof of postage as I may require signed proof of delivery.
The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I aim to process refunds (once authorised and returned as above) within 7 working days from the date of return.
* Restrictions – I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom made goods/ commissions. Please get in touch to confirm specific requirements before purchasing. All of my products are made by hand and each individual item will be unique. I will email images to you during the creating and before dispatching the item to you to ensure that you are happy with it.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Every care is taken to ensure our parcels are delivered in perfect condition. However, if any product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please notify me immediately by email johannailesart@gmail.com
I recommend that you check your purchase as soon as it has been delivered for any damage or faults as any damage or faults must be reported to me within 7 days of delivery.
Please get in touch to arrange return of the goods to me and I will be happy to arrange for a replacement or refund to be sent out to you according to your preferences.
